1. Interior decoration of the entire vehicle

All interior decorative materials are sourced from flame-retardant and environmentally friendly materials, ensuring "three no's" - no pollution, no deformation, and no odor; and "five preventions" - dust prevention, waterproofing, wear resistance, anti-static, and electromagnetic interference prevention. The interior decorative materials should be covered with aluminum panels first, followed by imported flame-retardant blanket materials; the interior decoration should be warm and elegant, comfortable and generous, reflecting modern television technology characteristics; the interior color and material should be coordinated with lighting, equipment, seats, workstations, cabinets, racks, and layout; the flooring should be wear-resistant and anti-static; the director area and audio area workstations should be made of solid wood panels and paint-free boards, with a steel frame structure; the director area screen wall should be decorated with decorative strips; the interior walls should be filled with sound-absorbing materials, and the interior decorative materials should have good sound absorption and noise reduction functions. The audio area should meet the decoration requirements for stereo production, with noise level in the audio room meeting NC35, sound insulation of the vehicle body ≥40dB, reverberation time ≤0.3 seconds, and transmission frequency characteristics: 125HZ-6KHZ ≤±3db.

The lighting inside the vehicle is of appropriate brightness, without causing visual fatigue, and does not directly shine on the operators at various workstations or the screen.

The overall effect of the interior decoration is good. The flooring is firm, non-slip, and does not expand or contract due to temperature changes. The temperature fluctuations inside the car have no impact on maintaining the flatness and aesthetics of the flooring.

II. Interior and exterior lighting

Field work lights are installed on both sides and at the rear of the vehicle wall, ensuring good waterproof sealing.

The ceiling of the vehicle is equipped with a daylight lamp powered by AC, as well as a DC lighting lamp.

The top of the workbench is equipped with an adjustable lighting lamp powered by AC.

The rear of each rack, cable storage compartment, and storage box are equipped with lighting.

All DC lights are powered by an auxiliary DC power supply system, which is separate from the chassis battery.

III. Cable reel for vehicles

The cable reel is designed with a reasonable height, driven by a DC motor, and can be manually operated.

Equipped with power cable reels and audio cable reels, the system ensures safe and efficient cable recycling. Each cable reel can be controlled simultaneously or independently. The reel surface is made of molded aluminum. The cable reel frame is welded from steel pipes and coated with plastic.

IV. Exterior structure

Rear ladder: portable vehicle ladder; with anti-slip treatment.

External interface board: It is required to be easy to operate, rain-proof, and dust-proof.

Outgoing wire hole: Designed at the lower rear of the vehicle.

V. Exterior decoration of the vehicle body

The entire vehicle's exterior is painted using automotive-specific paint to ensure consistency in its appearance.

The appearance design is specified by the user and designed by our company.

VI. Environmental temperature guarantee

The interior of the live broadcast vehicle is a relatively enclosed environment with numerous staff members and a variety of electronic devices. It is necessary to install air conditioning for temperature regulation to ensure a good working environment. The requirements for the air conditioning system are as follows:

(1) The entire working area is evenly cooled/heated;

(2) Low noise requirements for air conditioning in the sound area;

(3) Fresh air circulation system;

(4) Fully address the power consumption and heat generation issues of equipment inside the cabinet;

(5) Without an indoor unit, there is no issue of indoor water leakage.

VII. Video System Solution The video system adopts 4K ultra-high definition processing to create an ultra-clear and high-definition production environment. The system's video input and output ports utilize format up-down conversion, while also accommodating high-standard definition television input, production, recording, and live broadcasting capabilities.

Monitoring: 2 55-inch LCD monitors and 1 15-inch monitor.

The 4K switcher serves as the core of program production, utilizing the matrix's emergency bus as an emergency channel for switching. It adopts a primary and backup binary selection switch mirroring method to output the main program signal, and employs a binary selection switch method to output the backup program signal.

The switcher and matrix output devices employ methods such as video division, embedding, down-conversion, and conversion to dual-channel parallel output to deliver the main and backup signals of high-definition PGM, high-definition PGM with audio embedding, standard-definition PGM with audio embedding, and analog PGM.

Select multiple sets of high-definition and standard-definition signals from the matrix, including the main channel switch, the original signals of various signal sources, and the signals after format conversion. Add a broadcast-grade digital-to-analog converter to the matrix selection output channel to obtain analog composite video signals. Furthermore, the audio embedding function can be completed through an embedder connected in a matrix loop.

The audio system solution possesses functions such as the production, recording, transmission, and monitoring of stereo and mono programs, as well as high-quality and flexible signal input and output distribution capabilities. It also features audio following video functionality, enabling the live broadcast and recording of large-scale television programs.

The audio transmission system of the live broadcast vehicle primarily addresses issues related to microphone pickup, audio signal feedback, and cascading with audio vehicles between the live broadcast vehicle and the scene. To facilitate and meet the needs of picking up and transmitting multi-channel audio signals from the live broadcast vehicle, the system employs multi-core cables and transmission (pickup) methods, with microphones serving as an important supplement to signal transmission (pickup).

IX. Power System Solution The power system is independently developed by our technical staff after years of technical research, continuous improvement of technical parameters, optimization of inverter circuits, and thousands of hours of load testing. While ensuring power supply, we pay attention to the quality of the power supply and the durability of power supply. Safe and reliable power supply is our consistent pursuit.

After undergoing upgrades and comprehensive improvements, and adopting a new design scheme for the power frequency conversion circuit, this product now integrates various functions such as charging, inverting, automatic switching, and power management. It boasts high performance, high stability, ultra-low loss, super strong load capacity, strong anti-interference capability, comprehensive protection, and intelligent battery management. When the input mains power is normal, it is directly supplied by the mains power while also charging the battery pack. When the mains power is abnormal or interrupted, it automatically switches to the inverter for inverting output to supply power to the load. It is a high-power emergency power supply, suitable for providing reliable sine wave power to live broadcast vehicles. It is a powerful and widely applicable intelligent power system.

The system automatically switches between three power sources: rack-mounted mains power, on-board power, and UPS batteries, with mains power taking precedence. It integrates various functions such as charging, inverting, automatic switching, and power management.

AC main supply: When the input mains power is normal, it is directly supplied by the mains power while also charging the battery pack; when the mains power is abnormal or interrupted, the battery pack is used to supply power to the load through inverter output.

Output voltage: 220Vac/230Vac/240Vac

Inverter output: 50HZ or 60HZ, with AC priority

Operation management: LED+LCD display, intuitively displaying all operational parameters;

Output waveform: Pure sine wave, UPS conversion function, with a conversion time of 3ms; ensuring uninterrupted power supply;

No-load current consumption of the workstation: 0.5A

Maximum efficacy: 85%

Ambient temperature: 0℃-40℃

Inverter mode: coil conversion.

10. Overall functional area layout and equipment layout design inside the vehicle. The roof adopts a "Tianchi structural suspended ceiling", and the interior layout adopts an "L" shape. The interior decoration colors and lighting are reasonably designed to achieve a harmonious color scheme inside the cabin, providing a comfortable visual experience.

Interior layout: The director's work area, technical area, driving area, and storage area are arranged in a reasonable manner.

Fully consider the operational convenience and communication of the staff inside the vehicle, minimize the cross-flow of personnel, and reasonably consider the storage space (cameras, tripods, and other accessories).

The main work surfaces in the vehicle are required to be made of professionally fireproofed wooden surfaces. The walls are to be covered with professionally flame-retardant fireproof blankets, using environmentally friendly glue. The interior flooring is required to be made of professional flooring with wear-resistant and anti-slip design.

The specific layout plan is determined based on the actual situation and system requirements.

Our company optimizes the layout based on our system integration experience and the actual dimensions of the equipment, and provides detailed effect diagrams of the layout plan.

The layout of the vehicle interior is suggested as follows: the director's work area adopts a longitudinal structure (along the forward direction of the vehicle), while the technical area adopts a transverse structure (perpendicular to the forward direction of the vehicle). The technical area includes the video recording area and the video area, and the director's area includes the director's work area and the monitoring area.

Direct the screen wall

The director's area TV wall is proposed to use two 55-inch large-screen monitors and one professional 15-inch monitor. The specific layout plan must be finalized based on the actual situation and system requirements. For the installation frame of the large-screen structural screen wall, the number and angle of the large screens can be adjusted according to user requirements and human visual angles.

Audio zone cabinet structural design

The new 19-inch standard cabinet, which is suspended for installation, shares the same material and structure as mentioned above. Non-standard components can be customized according to specific non-standard audio equipment.

Director's console: frame structure, fireproof treatment. Surrounded by solid wood (color to be determined by the user).

Audio console: It adopts a tabletop frame structure, with a wooden tabletop that has undergone fireproof treatment.

XI. Quality Assurance for Vehicle Modifications During the vehicle modification and final assembly process, design personnel are involved throughout the entire process to ensure that what they see is what they get. Any errors in drawings and documents are promptly corrected and reported to the supervising designer for approval. For major quality issues, design personnel or the manufacturer are instructed to carry out technical/management close loop work.

During the vehicle assembly process, standardize on-site management, maintain a clean, comfortable, and bright assembly environment, and eliminate all potential hazards that may cause property damage or threaten life safety.

After the completion of vehicle assembly, quality and process reviews are conducted, and corresponding review reports are issued.

Record any issues that arise during the assembly process in real-time, address them promptly, and refine the design accordingly.
