In 2020, the China Geological Environment Monitoring Institute and the National Geomatics Center jointly conducted an application experiment of using the Virtual Reference Station (VRS) technology in geohazard monitoring, covering Shaanxi, Sichuan, and Yunnan provinces, with good results.
