Sales Manager  Several  No experience required

Job Description:

1. Responsible for seeking sales leads, identifying target customers, and arranging customer invitation plans;

2. Gain insight into customer needs;

3. Responsible for facilitating contract signing and contract follow-up through effective communication and negotiation;

4. Responsible for collecting and organizing customer information, analyzing customer characteristics and needs, and developing sales plans and proposals;

5. Conduct market research and provide information feedback, as well as complete other tasks temporarily assigned by the leadership.

Job requirements:

1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in computer science, communication engineering, electronic information, or related fields preferred;

2. Fresh graduates are preferred;

3. Enjoy sales work, possess drive and enthusiasm, and excel in communication;

4. Have strong resilience and a desire for achievement, and be able to maintain a positive work attitude under significant work pressure.

System Engineer   Several  2-3 years of experience

Job Description:

1. Investigate and explore customer needs, propose targeted solutions, and compile proposal documents, industry technical documents, etc;

2. Cooperate with sales personnel to communicate technical details of the project with customers, explore, identify, and guide customer needs, and answer customer questions;

3. Responsible for collecting bidding information, registering projects, purchasing bidding documents, and handling bid opening procedures. Familiar with the bidding process and responsible for organizing project bidding activities;

4. Responsible for organizational management and project implementation;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, electronic information, communication engineering, or related fields;

2. Have project experience in leading the development of communication products, including product architecture design, software, hardware design and development, etc;

3. Possess strong ability to analyze customer needs and accurately translate customer needs into product requirements;

4. Relevant work experience in information system integration; (preferred)

5. Capable of independently undertaking tasks such as user demand analysis, solution design, and presentation PPT creation;

6. Clear thinking and strong logical thinking ability; strong oral and written expression skills;

7. Possess excellent team collaboration skills, communication and coordination abilities, and task execution capabilities.
