Supported by advanced technologies such as Beidou, 2D/3D GIS, Internet of Things, Internet plus, big data, and cloud computing, as well as technologies like space-air-ground perception and integrated communication, an emergency command system is established for departments such as emergency management, fire protection, forestry and grassland management, and civil air defense. This system assists the government in responding to various emergency incidents, achieving pre-event monitoring, warning, and prevention of emergency incidents in peacetime, making rapid, accurate, and scientific decisions in wartime, and ensuring efficient command and dispatch, thus attaining the goal of flexible command and coordinated operations.
