How to better disseminate, retrieve, and utilize these resources, so that they can better serve the majority of teachers and students and contribute to their construction and development, has become an urgent issue for campus informatization builders. With the maturity of streaming media video processing technology, this difficult problem has been effectively solved. In the modernization of schools, streaming media technology is playing an increasingly important role. Streaming media technology, with audio and video transmission and storage as its main means of presentation, has been widely applied in school construction with the extension of its application: quality course display, live conference broadcasting, training and learning, television broadcasting, celebrations, live festival broadcasting, cultural entertainment, and other aspects

In order to better serve teaching, enhance the academic level of the school, and better promote the school, it is imperative to build a campus media information publishing platform. By integrating various media resources across the school (videos, audios, texts, and pictures related to teaching, meetings, academic lectures, major events, etc.), we can deeply explore the value of resources and better serve teachers and students, serve society, and promote the school.

By establishing a campus IPTV distribution platform, various resources such as videos, pictures, and texts from the school are integrated. Through live streaming, on-demand streaming, and other means, various content is pushed to users' computers, mobile phones, TV terminals, LEDs, etc. through the campus network, maximizing the value of various resources and better serving teaching work. This platform utilizes cable and satellite TV resources, integrates teaching resources, live broadcasts of meetings and large-scale events, and provides personalized services for user terminals (TVs, computers, mobile phones, large screens).

Basic functions of the platform:

User security design: The system adopts real-name registration for user registration.

Content security design: Adopt a "login first, then view" approach to prevent visitors from viewing content without logging in.

Permission security design: Viewing permissions are assigned according to user groups, and only designated user groups are allowed to view confidential content.

IPTV: It can establish multiple live TV broadcasts for various high-definition signals such as satellite TV, broadcast TV, and campus TV, allowing users to watch and select programs through PCs, TVs, and mobile devices.

Scheduled recording: Automatically record educational programs on live channels (such as CCTV News, Lecture Hall, and Lecture Room) at scheduled times to form a VOD library for long-term storage and learning.

Multimedia resource on-demand: Video news, video resources (micro-course materials, quality courses, cultural and recreational activities, student selfies, campus scenery and history, and other video content), text resources, and image resources can be stored on the server to establish a comprehensive campus education resource library. This facilitates remote query, online viewing, and centralized storage and management for teachers and students. By setting user access permissions for files, the use of resources can be effectively managed.

   Synchronous teaching and remote supervision: Relying on the high-quality course recording and broadcasting system, expert lectures are broadcast in real-time, allowing students to watch on multiple screens through the internet and campus network. Users feel as if they are present on-site, breaking the constraints of space, achieving resource sharing, and enhancing work efficiency. The system enables synchronous playback of computer desktop scenes and on-site explanations remotely, creating a realistic immersive experience. This allows for remote observation and monitoring of teaching sessions, facilitating remote class supervision and attendance.

 Large screen integration: Integrate all large screens in the Command Academy through network TV, and live broadcast important ceremonies and lectures. Implement centralized control over the content displayed on the large screens.

Hierarchical control: Hierarchical and permission-based control can be implemented for various terminals, allowing for sequential broadcasting, customized broadcasting, interstitial advertising, emergency interstitial advertising, and multi-template mixing and arrangement of screen content.
